We are a cultural and social change based organisation. Our consultancy and research activities provide access to innovative and up-to-date information to support our education and training courses and workshops. Behaviour change is the single most important factor in the global challenge to become a sustainable world. Understanding how to change behaviours and attitudes towards sustainable living and values without jeopardising cultural, social and individual identities is integral to this challenge.

Influencing change for environmental leadership and Sustainable Development is a sizeable task - changing behaviours is a complex matter - and innovative policies and practical solutions are required at every level of society (Defra, 2007).

Embedding Sustainable Development into everything that we do, through make Sustainable Development our central organising principle is the only way in which we can develop Wales as a sustainable nation.  ... It gives us the opportunity to show how we are playing our full role as a global citizen  ...
