Dr. Kim Polistina, PhD

Dr. Kim Polistina has 25 years experience working on education and training in the implementation of sustainability and global citizenship primarily through the medium of outdoor learning. She has experience in education, consultancy and research at all levels of society, in particular higher education, community-based learning and adult education.

 

She has published several academic papers (listed below) in the area and managed and contributed to the development of the outdoor learning, sustainability and global citizenship in her institutional roles as award leader and senior lecturer in universities in the United Kingdom and Australia. Over the past 25 years her work has spanned many social sectors including cultural awareness, health and well-being, business and enterprise, sustainable living practices and environmental and outdoor learning and education.
